Fusion 360 will not run

Right when I am starting to get the hang of Fusion360 this happens. Keep in mind that I have had no problems for a couple of weeks and no changes to my computer. I clicked on the icon to run 360 to make change to a design. The mouse icon started spinning a blue circle for about 3 seconds and then stopped. That’s it, nothing else. I know a little about computers, I’ve had one sense the mid-1980s. Don’t know everything but, I can get around. First thing I did was to restart the computer. Did change so I uninstalled 360, then restart the computer. Ran the install program again, same thing happened, spinning blue, 3 seconds quiet. Fast track – read some supports tips, made sure all drivers up to date (computer, monitor, graphic card), checked all settings on the Nvidia card, turned off McAfee Protection (firewall), turned off Malwarebytes, uninstall 360, deleted folder C:\user\”user name”\appdata\local\autodesk, shut all computers down, shut all switched, router down, brought everything back up in proper sequence, reinstalled 360. Clicked on the 360 icon, mouse icon started spinning a blue circle for about 3 seconds and then stopped. What now?

System:

Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, Ver. 10.0.019042 Build 19042, x64-based PC, Intel® Core™ i7-3970X CPU @ 3.50GHz 3501 MHZ6 Core, 12 Logical P, installed physical memory (RAM) 32.0 GB

Monitor: MSI MPG ARTYMIS 323CQR

Graphic Card: Nvidia Titan RTX

Did you use CLEAN UNINSTALL?

No, I had not. I’ll have to put this one in my notebook. I read the Autodesk Support document on Clean Uninstall and followed its instructions. There were a couple of files in a couple of Autodesk folders that would not delete so, I deleted all Autodesk folders listed in the document. After reinstalling Fusion 360 I am back up and running and grateful, Thank You
