Fusion 360 will not reinstall

I did a clean uninstall of fusion 360 using the automatic cleaner tool, which said it was successful. Upon installing, I received this error

I do not know how to move forward from here. I have attached the log below

I tried to manually delete, but this file keeps stopping me from working
with it[image: image.png]
I think this is also the file that the installer said it had no permissions
to work with.

I do not have permission to delete the file, but it is my computer and I am the admin for it. I do not know how to get rid of it from here. It is also the file that the cleaner could not delete and the installer mentioned in the screenshot above.
