When loading into fusion 360, it loads at normal speed but then when it reaches 100%. It completely stops and is stuck there. I have restarted my computer 4 times and the problem keeps going on. What can I do?

@Anonymous by loading you mean installation or launching of Fusion? Can you share a snapshot of the issue? It will help to provide the solution.

Obviously I can't speak for @Anonymous, but I've encountered the same issue while trying to launch Fusion's browser access on a school-managed Chromebook. Other students have been encountering the same issue as well, both on our school's internet and at home. Unfortunately I'm not currently in a position where I can see if the issue exists on non-Chromebook computers as well, although I should be able to in a few hours.

Attached is a screenshot of the loading screen, and while I'm not sure how useful it would be, I figured I'd include it like you suggested anyways.

We are also having this issue when trying to launch http://fusion.online.autodesk.com/ via Chromebook or via a browser on a Windows device.

Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please try attaching your screenshot again? It didn't come through.

And sorry to hear that you are all having this issue. If you can provide additional details or screenshots, that would help us determine what's going on.

To confirm, is the issue you are all experiencing on Fusion 360 browser access?

Hi, Fusion 360 on the browser is hosted by a provider that has a pool of machines ready for us to use. As usage increases during the day and we see we are getting at 60% capacity, more machines are prepared so they can be ready. If there's a peak that exceeds our forecasts, our provider starts setting up more machines automatically. That said, that set up takes come minutes.

When you see the 2 minute message and the progress to 100%, that's for machines which are already set up, and we just need to create a session and start Fusion. It normally takes less than that, but we chose to be conservative on the 2 mins. Once it gets to 100% it should start, unless it's a machine that has just been added, and needs some 3 extra minutes to start. This is not a frequent scenario because we understand our peaks through analytics and we can predict properly and have machines ready. You might have hit a moment in which usage exceeded expectations. We'll keep a closer eye on patterns and ensure that enough machines are ready.
