Fusion 360 will not load when external monitor connected

I have an Alienware m17 R4 laptop with an i9-10980HK and an NVIDIA RTX 3080 video card. When I have an external monitor connected, Fusion 360 tries to open on the external monitor (which is fine), but simply shows a white screen and stops responding. If I disconnect the monitor, it opens without an issue. I've had issues with some of my games doing odd things with the external monitor before which took figuring out what adapter the game was trying to use and which monitor it was outputting to. Once they got set right the game mostly works okay (though not always). Is there a solution to this as I like having the second monitor plugged in when I'm working on stuff and this is hampering that.

Hi,

Can you set your computer to open Fusion on your primary monitor rather than the second one?

Also please see these two articles, does either one apply to you?

The second document pertained to my issue. I stopped the Nahimic Service and disabled it and Fusion 360 starts without a problem now. I tried to uninstall it, but it doesn't appear in the program list to remove. Thanks for the help!

Are there any plans to fix this bug? It's not just on Windows, on OS X the same issue occurs. When I disconnect my other monitors I can start Fusion 360, when the monitors are connected it won't start.

The issue linked by @Phil.E (disconnecting the monitors) is not a fix, that's a very annoying workaround.

Please let me know if I can assist in fixing it as I can reliably reproduce the issue

I had this problem too. The NahimicOSD.dll also interferes with Prusa slicer. Stopping the service allows both to work on a second monitor.
