fusion 360 updating

Hi, my educational version of fusion  360   will not update even though there is notification that i need to update it.

by July 14 2021. under jobs status there is no update notification. what shall i do.  regards, Gio

@giojot Are you getting Fusion 360 through your school or college and does your IT control the install in your labs? For education the install is a little different and you will have to uninstall and re-install to update to the new version.

Hi,  I installed it at home actually. but under programs uninstall i cannot find fusion  360 . so I cant uninstall it.😂

Not sure what installer was used for the home install. I will try to find some information but in parallel can you simply run the installer without uninstall? This should get you updated as well.

Your account should have the link to install Fusion 360. If you don’t can you contact your school/college for the link? How did you install on your home machine , meaning what link did you use to install, use the same.

Haha ...why do you i need your help if you forward  me to other people as I told you I installed at home. I installed the f360 in my account but still no updated ...LOLS

Ok. I think I am not giving the right details because you mentioned to send you a link. So I assumed you don’t have the link to install Fusion. 

1. Do you have the link you used to install Fusion at your home machine ?

 

2. If you do can you run the installer again without doing an uninstall?
