After installation on new PC Fusion 360 display following warning when I try to open a model created on the old PC:

"The saved version of the file uses data that can only be viewed with the latest version of Fusion 360. Update Fusion in order to view this data."

My new PC runs the latest Fusion 360 version.

@AndreySeleznev Looks like you invited me but I cannot find any projects in your hub. Can you invite me into the project itself that you are seeing this please?

@AndreySeleznev Ok. No problem.

On the machine that this design does open, can you open it and type in the command -  Document.SoftwareVersion and tell me what it shows.

If I hit OK the warning goes away and I can work on the project. This is not just one project. All of my projects start with the warning.

On my new PC Autodesk Connector is missing. Could it be the cause?

@AndreySeleznev About Autodesk connector it depends on how these files are created and linked. Are they linked to any Inventor files or other CD format files?

Does saving the file in the new PC on version 2.0.17710 make this problem go away when you open it again on the same machine?

No they are not linked to any CAD files.

Yes, I have saved some projects that I am working on the new PC and still have the warning.

@AndreySeleznev Can you gather log files for me please?

1. Close Fusion
2. Go to Add/remove programs
3. Select Fusion - Select Modify

This will launch the Fusion service utility

4. Run the "reset Fusion" from here
5. Launch Fusion - open the file- click Ok to the Ui etc and wait for the design to open
6. Go back to the Fusion service utility
7. Run the "Gather system info"

This will generate two zip files. Please attach he Fusion diagnostics zip file here.

Would it also be possible for you to export this file and send it to me in the email ID I provided? I know you mentioned that this is work related but trying to see if you would be able to export / share with Autodesk.

I created Autodesk Test Project that doesn't contain any protected information. It has simple model created from scratch. It doesn't give a warning, then I added one of my old models (Fan Guard) this triggers the warning. I can share this project with you. Just tell me how.

@AndreySeleznev In the project data panel there is a people tab that you can use my email ID to invite.

@AndreySeleznev Thank you for the invite. I see the file that you shared but it is not going to help as when I open this, it is missing the component Fan guard which I believe is in another project. So on my end this opens up as an unresolved component and hence it will not show the issue to me.

Looks like it is in linked components. I broke the link and file works well.
