Fusion 360 Tool Library - ALT + Enter - now scaling doesn't work properly

I am used to Inventor where hitting ALT+Enter within the tool library brings up the edit option for the selected tool.  This past Sunday I performed that key stroke within Fusion's library and now my scaling is weird.  After hitting the keystroke, my screen went black for a second, a very low resolution displayed for another second, and then it went back to 4K resolution, but with the odd scaling.  Check out the attached picture.  The tool library and the data panel are scaled to 100%.  Windows is currently set to 175% because of my 4K monitor.  Even the icons within Fusion and their associated text aren't correct.  I can hit ALT+Enter again within the tool library and the same black screen, low resolution and funky scaling happens.  I'm using Windows 10 with the latest Nvidia Quadro drivers.

I've tried the following:
Setting a custom scaling in Windows

Ensured under the Fusion launcher that "high DPI scaling override" is disabled

Ran the Fusion Clear and reinstalled Fusion

Tried the manifest strategy found here:

I spent 1.5 hours on the phone yesterday with Autodesk Support but we came up short with a solution.  I just realized today that ALT+Enter is what did this.  Does anyone else know what's going on or how to fix it?

I solved the problem.  Running the Fusion 360 Cleaner.exe program doesn't delete everything.  The CAM360 folder needs to deleted.  Apparently this folder contains one or more files that determine the size of icons and text in Fusion.  Go to File Explorer and in the address bar type the following: %appdata%/Autodesk.  Delete the CAM360 folder and reinstall Fusion 360.  The fonts and icons should all be scaled properly now and everything will be as good as new.
