Fusion 360 to glowforge

I just started using fusion 360.  I'm using it to design wine charms to cut on the Glowforge.  I need help getting my design from fusion to the Glowforge. Any advice would be helpful.

According to an internet search, GlowForge accepts only 2D images.  I read a few blog posts and it also said that DXF files are acceptable.  If this is true you can right click on any Fusion 360 model sketch and Save as DXF.  You can also export DXF files from Fusion 360 2D drawings.  I really do not believe that Fusion 360 is the best application to create graphics for this device since Fusion 360 is a Vector graphics application.

I know this is a year old, but I found the answer when looking myself.

There is an add-in in the app store for fusion for the Shaper Origin heldheld CNC router called Shaper Utilities. It adds an svg output button thats a black circle with a white triangle under Tools => Make => Export to Origin. You can export assemblies/bodies/sketches.
