Hello,
I am using an education license and can't seem to get Fusion 360 to work on my computer. Everytime I launch it, I get what is shown in the screenshot below (stuck in "Not Responding").
I'm not sure why, I have a Dell G15 5515 Ryzen edition with a 3050 gpu and 32gb RAM. I've installed all the drivers on Dell's website and I still get this everytime I launch Fusion - its been happening for at least a year now. Sometimes, it randomly works for a day, but 99% of the time get stuck on "Not Responding".

@zac_h9 Do you happen to connect to multiple monitors? IF you do can you disconnect them and see if that helps?
