Fusion 360 started prompting for a login never has before

Fusion 360 started prompting for a login never has before. We have other autodesk products Inventor etc they still work. I have no way oc contaxting autodeks for help they have no phone number an email to them came back with the below error. Does anyone have any ideas how I would fix gthis or get in touch with their support?
