Fusion 360 splash screen stuck

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have just updated fusion to 2.0.9642 and now every time I start up Fusion I get stuck with the splash screen on top of Fusion and cannot see the axis or any drawings that I load up.

I have done about 3 clean uninstalls and reinstalls, messed with the DX9 and DX11 settings with no luck.

Anything else I can do to try and get this to get corrected?

@Anonymous did you try forcing Fusion to OpenGL?

  1. Right-click on My Computer/This PC on the Desktop or in the Start Menu and select “Properties”
  2. In the left column of the System window that appears, select “Advanced System Settings”
  3. Within the System Properties window that appears, click “Environment Variables” in the bottom right
  4. Within Environment Variables, click “New…” under the System Variables section
  5. For Variable Name, enter NEUTRON_GRAPHICS_API
  6. For Variable Value, enter DX9 for DirectX 9, or GLCORE for OpenGL
  7. Click OK to save the new variable
  8. Launch Fusion 360
