Fusion 360 Sign in failure

Hello all,

Since yesterday I couldn't get online with Fusion 360, even tho I had internet connection and on health.autodesk there was no problems with Fusion.

A window "We've detected an unexpected outage" appeared but there is/was no current outage.

So I uninstalled Fusion, reset Fusion, try to repair Fusion, ... but no avail. Now I can sign in but I get a window with "Sign in Failure".

I contacted our IT specialist, he did a windows update but didn't change anything to our firewall or anti-virus.

The computer Inventor 2023 and Autocad 2023 with on problems.

I installed Fusion on another computer in our domain an that works (trial and with my account).

Our IT specialist also updated that computer.

@MiekePannier8433 On this machine with the error, can you close Fusion, launch Inventor and with Inventor launched can you try to launch Fusion and see what happens? trying to see if this is a single sign on issue and take it from there.

@RajkumarIlanchelian Inventor and Autocad works just fine.

When I launch Inventor first and then Fusion, I get a sign in screen for Fusion. I click the sign in button and got redirected to my browser. The sign in page says I'm already signed in and I click on the "go to product" button.

Fusion tries to open, but everytime I get the following error: "Sign in Failure. There was an error while logging in to Fusion 360. Follow this support article for possible solutions to this login issue."

Like mentioned before I tried repair, reset, uninstall, read the article and tried everything in that article but no avail.

I already changed my standard browser from Chrome to Edge, but that doesn't work either.

@MiekePannier8433 Couple of other things to look for:

1. If you of into add/remove program and look at Autodesk Identity manager  what version do you see? 1.9.18 or something else?

2. If you right click on the launcher and "Run as admin" does that help?

@RajkumarIlanchelian I have Autodesk Identity Manager version 1.10.4.0.

And no running Fusion as admin doesn't work. Still getting the same message "Sign in Failure".
