Fusion 360 sign in failure

I open Fusion and the pop up says I need to sign in but when i click on it a window pops up saying a system failure that i need to report it. I reinstallled fusion and no luck. I have Autocad on my same computer and it work perfectly fine.

Anybody know what i can do to fix this?

@jonathan_rodriguezV3UYS  It will be good to see an image of the failure reported. Also log files will help. 

1. go to Fusion service utility using one of the menthols from the below article

2. Gather system info and attach the diagnostic.zip file generated to this thread.
