Fusion 360 saves not uploading after entering Manufacturing Workspace

I just started having this issue after updating to the most recent version of Fusion 360. When I create a new file, edit and save it within the Design Workspace everything behaves as it should. When I move into the Manufacturing Workspace I start to have issues, if I save the version number does not increment and it will not upload the file to the Autodesk server. This appears to be dependent upon any changes made in the Manufacturing Workspace.

I have tried the tips I've seen in other posts, going offline, making saved changes, then going back online, this does not result in the version being updated or the file being saved to the cloud. The updated file is saved in the offline cache, I've tried to save and upload that directly to no avail.

Hi @michael_slocum,

If you go back to the design workspace can you save it?
If you just enter the MFG workspace and do nothing can the file then be saved?
Is this just happening on new files or old ones too?

What OS are you running too?

Sorry for the barrage of questions but should speed things up.
