Fusion 360, random users that don't exist and not being able to find out what is going on with my files

I share this folder with no one, and the files are not in use by anyone including me.  Why does it show users (who I can't inspect as an admin)? Why can I not kick any users from a file?  Also, why does my autodesk360 hub not show my updated email address?
