Fusion 360 personal license not working

A few days ago I got the notification that I needed to renew my personal license in Fusion, so I clicked the button and could not find the personal license anywhere (seriously why is it so hard to find?). I ended up resorting to google and found it and followed the same steps I have for several years. I am still stuck in trial mode.

 

I have tried it in Chrome and Edge as well as incognito tabs. Nothing works. I have uninstalled Fusion, followed the steps and redownloaded the installer.

 

Is the personal license no longer available?

Fusion 360 Personal License is still available.  One thing to note, you must allow your existing personal license to EXPIRE before going the the renewal website and following the process.  This may be your issue.

It was expired. Now I am stuck with 27 days left on the Trial version.
