Hello,
I think my problem is not a real problem for a F360 expert but for me it's really boring.
I have two objects, I can see them and modify them, but when I want to export them as STL, only one of two are in the STL file and I don't understand why.
Can you help me please ? thanks

Please attach your model. If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

You had one body turned off in one component. The Save as Mesh command works just fine creating two separate STL files. They are attached.

Many thanks for that, it's great ! I have completed your procedure and I can export my two files again.
But I don't understand one thing : why I can't export the two objects like in the manufacture view ? Before I could and now I only can export only the object of the design view and without my esthetic modifications of the manufacture view.
Thanks
