@joab_diaz40 I assume you have installed our mobile app and then nothing is working for you? Is there an error message that you receive? Can you post some screen shots of what you are seeing?

@joab_diaz40 Is this is a Fusion file that you are trying to view? Have you used the Fusion desktop to confirm that you are able to open the file in Fusion desktop? Can you share the link of the file that you are trying to view on the mobile app?

@joab_diaz40 Well Fusion mobile will not open native files from other formats unless that is converted to a Fusion readable format. This will have to up loaded into Fusion that converts it into a Fusion format and then you can view it on the mobile.

@joab_diaz40 Are you sure they upload other file formats into Fusion mobile app and they can open it without any conversion?

Also, can you explain your workflow? As in when you login to Fusion mobile, what do you do?

@joab_diaz40 I just tried this:

1. Launch Fusion mobile
2. Go to the + icon
3. Browse to a folder on my shared location
4. Selected an iges file
5. The translation happened successfully
6. Click on the imported file and it opened successfully

Can you do a screen record of what you are doing on your mobile?

@joab_diaz40 Thanks for the video. Can you do a couple of things?

1. Can you attach that file that you are having difficulty to this thread?
2. For the same file can you login to https://login.autodesk360.com/login - upload the file there - now come and open it in mobile? (It will be under Data in Mobile)
3. I have attached a file here. Can you try to upload this to your mobile?
