Fusion 360 not working properly

I have an issue with Fusion 360

IT will no longer open any files and keeps displaying error messages this is one of them along with others.

I have not made any changes to the software and for some reason is now unusable. I have attempted to restart the software and computer several times and have been at it for the last 6 hours with no luck at all. 

 

I have attached the log for reference. 

 

any advice would be much appreciated

@Anonymous I see Error 10054 in the logs. can you try the solutions listed in this knowledge article

Im not trying to install it, iv had it on this laptop for several years now with no issues at all. The issue is still occurring and Fusion is unusable. Please advise

Hi,

many errors of this kind can be remedied with a CLEAN UNINSTALL
