Solved: Fusion 360 not upgrading nor installing

I've just started up Fusion 360 after not using it for a couple months. When starting it up it failed to start advising I'd need an update. I went through the download of the update but it came back with an error. I've tried the update file several times to no avail, then unistalled and tried a reinstall. This came back with the same error. The log file has been attached. The only thing that has changed on my system since last use is an update on Windows 10 from Home to Professional. I've run the installer with administrator privileges, same result.

You could try the clean uninstall tool here. I that will not run there's a link on how to manually clean uninstall on that page.

OK, I opened Fusion360 but couldn't see any previous work I've done. I made a model anyway successfully and had a STL made fore 3D printing. I've come back to it today to make some modifications and I get this error message when Fusion starts.

"Sorry, Fusion was unable to save sufficient data for Offline mode and needs to go Online. Please make sure you have a working Internet connection to continue."

Now, I've always saved my work locally and nothing I've done int eh past is showing up, including the model I made yesterday. I'm not sure what is going on here, any help appreciated.
