Fusion 360 not Updating

I have installed Fusion 360 on a number of PCs in our school.

 

However, the software is not automatically updating. We are now having a lot of issues where pupils and staff are working on it at home (where their software is updating) and then can't work on it in school as the files are not compatible with the version we have in school.

 

As a school we use a proxy server. I've checked the logs and unblocked everything it is trying to access, but it still won't update.

Hi @Anonymous, i have a few questions: Are the updates attempting to run and failing? If so is there an error? 

 

Are these normal installs or did you use the lab install?
