Fusion 360 Not Updating

My Fusion will not update to the current version. I tried to update manually following this page.  https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How... 

I could not download the program because under my products and services I get this. Signing out and restarting did not help.

Would you happen to have the installer in your Downloads folder? If you run that, you should get the latest version
