@joni.bippus Can you please share your log files with us?

1. Close Fusion 360

2. Launch Fusion 360

3. Once it launches Go to About->Support & Diagnostics -> Diagnostics logs

If you can attach this here it will help us understand why it takes 30 mins for your Fusion to start.

If you disconnect internet from your machine and then start Fusion, how long does it take to start Fusion. Also, what is your internet speed if I may ask?

2. launch the utility

3. gather system info

4. Attach the zip files here

5. Then run the repair Fusion 360

@joni.bippus Thank you for the logs. We will take a look at it.

To summarize:

1. Previously you were able to launch Fusion but it took 30 mins to launch

2. Now you can ;launch it faster? (or still takes 30 mins) but after launch, you can login? but you cannot access Fusion after you login, right?
3. Does it just freeze or does it give you an error message?

1. Do you have any other Autodesk products on your machine? If so can you log in there and then launch Fusion 360?
2. Can you follow this article and install the AdSSO called out here? https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/simplecontent/content/autodesk-s...

Does any of this help?
