fusion 360 not responding

I have the personal version of Fusion 360 and recently did an update to an add-in that I have (guitar engine) and then I got this error.
I went back and deleted the files and I am no longer seeing the error when I launch Fusion but now fusion will not respond
I have even uninstalled Fusion and re-installed and same thing...is there a way I can delete these add-ins from the auto desk admin site? Any suggestions would be great.
Please help!
