Fusion 360 Not Responding when trying to launch

I am trying to open Fusion 360 on Windows OS, however whenever I try to open the app the screen turns white and just comes up as "Not Responding".
I have updated all of my drivers and made sure nothing is blocking the application from working. I have tried restarting my computer. I have also tried using the cleaner tool to uninstall, however when I do it says that it has "completed cleaning but with some errors!". So I have manual uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and it has not helped. All of these were suggested on the troubleshooting form that I found.
Below is an example of one of the app log files that is made when I have tried to launch Fusion.
If someone has any other ideas of what I could try to get it working any help would be appreciated.
