Fusion 360 not opening but showing in Background Tasks in Task manager.

My system is
Windows 10 Home
Version -2004
Build-19041.1 
Integrated AMD Vega 8 Graphics
Nvidia 1650
8GB RAM and SSD

All the drivers are up to date and I cleaned reinstalled Fusion 360 as well.
It was working on same system earlier but not anymore.
I used to use Fusion on this system only for many years suddenly I didn't open it for couple of months and this problem Occurred.
When I am trying to launch it nothing is happening but it is showing in Background tasks, I am not sure what happened ,I tried updating everything also tried all the suggested trouble shooting suggested by Autodesk.
I tried to run the Fusion 360 Utility but it also doesn't run.
I have cleaned installed it multiple times.

Please help me with what should I do?

I am facing the exact same issue. Request to team Fusion 360 for a quick fix of this problem.

Hi, I`m facing the same issue and I teach Fusion at the university, please help, it needs to work!

Any info on this, started today with some windows updates and boom, not able to start Fusion, or start the service utility, just able to uninstall. When double click to start Fusion the background process shows up in the Task manager.
