Fusion 360 not allowing me to delete editable documents

Hello there, first post and it is a question. I am trying to delete some old editible documents, but Fusion 360 is not letting me. They are not open anywhere, and don't even show up in my Autodesk Project asset board. I will attatch photos, but the one(s) I am trying to delete are greyed out icon-wise and when I click on it, above the Project Board Name appears a set of "??" and no right-click menu appears

Yes, I have tried that. It does not work for me due to the fact that I can't click/right-click on the object and the only place it shows up is under the "My Editable Documents" Project. I have tried moving the files I want to keep to other projects and deleting the entire project, but the ghost files remain under "My Editable Documents" taking up 2/10 usable spots.
