Fusion 360 crashed during a file editing operation. I can no longer load Fusion 360 to get work done... How can I resolve the issue ASAP?

What have you tried, you do not say?  You also do not mention your operating system.  If Windows, go to the Task Manager and make sure nothing is still running related to Fusion 360 including Screencast.  Then restart your computer and try again.  You may need to gather your log files and post them.  If you do not know how, follow this article.

It turned out to be a conflict between PrusaSlicer and Fusion 360. Something changed recently but now they seem to want exclusive access to OpenGL or something. Either way I can't run one when the other is running.
