Fusion 360 no cutting data option in tool library

I am trying to follow along the Intro to CAD,CAM, and Practical Machining for Milling lessons but the Import a tool library lesson is showing a "Cutting Data>Default Preset" option that my version of F360 does not have. It only shows Feeds and Speeds and no way to change the Preset of tools like the lesson shows. Is there a way to enable Cutting Data?

Hello @tk8005,
thanks for posting.
Use the new tool library UI. This option is available in the Fusion 360 Preferences dialog in the Preview Features tab:

  1. In the top-right corner, on the Application bar, click My Profile.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. In the tree shown on the left side, select Preview Features.
  4. In the Manufacture section, select the new Tool Library.
  5. Click OK.
