Fusion 360 network diagnostic shows having connectivity issues

So I recently have been using fusion 360 but then one day when I tried to open it, it asked me to login so I clicked the sign in button and it said that it would sign me in but nothing happened I looked up the issue and they said to change your default browser so I changed that (didn't help) then I tried uninstalling and reinstalling also didn't work then final I took a network diagnostic test and I think that's the problem I just don't know how to fix it. I inserted two pictures below of the error i'm getting.

I just ran the Network Diagnostic Test and receive the same results you posted.  I am NOT having any issue signing into Fusion although I never sign out.  I just signed out and back in without issue.  I am using Firefox as my default browser on a Windows 10 computer.  Make sure that the Browser is truly not opening up behind the Fusion Splash screen you are showing.

@jgre2802 In this article - https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Stuck-in-Sign-in-l... follow the "Web browser is blocking Autodesk Identity Manager "  and let us know if that resolved the issue.

Alright so I tried to create a team hub (as it says in the instructions) but I can't create one I also couldn't find anything fo the last one that says the web browser is blocking anydesk manager (I'm on chrome and didn't find a setting for changing it) otherwise I tried everything else and none of it seemed to work. Thanks for helping maybe there is something I'm overlooking.

@jgre2802 @Web browser for access is the o Kay section that we need to follow. If you are using chrome I believe the option is site settings? I can look it up later when I am in front of my machine.

The image you see in the article is from Firefox. So you can try that to see if that works. This way we atleast will know that is the issue.

@jgre2802 Quick check:

1. Do you have any other Autodesk products installed on this machine?
2. Can you successfully login to https://login.autodesk360.com/login?

@jgre2802 When you login to that page I sent you and select a design and click on open in desktop, does it launch and open Fusion?

I still don’t think it is amongst issue but let’s start from here.

1. Make sure that Fusion installer is not running in task manager
2. Go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\ Autodesk\DELETE the following folders – Webdeploy,Web Services, Identity services, Autodesk Fusion 360 ((IF you do not have any other Autodesk products installed, delete the Full Autodesk folder)
3. Delete the shortcut that is used to launch Fusion
4. Restart your machine
5. Do not use the same Fusion installer. Can you please download the installer again
6. Now install again
