Fusion 360-multiple software problems: error code, new projects, saving, educator license

Met with live agent last night, no help. I am using a Mac (Imac desktop-Catalina 3.1 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5)

. Software for Fusion keeps freezing ,not letting me save, and keeps stating "ERROR: HUB SUSPENDED". I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, using both the uninstall app and manual methods. My software also keeps staying i am using a free trial but my edu account was verified. No one has followed up or helped and I really need access to Fusion for a class I am taking this summer.

I ended up needing to reinstall and get help with the license. My issue was fixed and I thank you so much for checking up!
