Fusion 360 , login shows some random Username of Chula University Bankok ?

Fusion 360 , login shows some random Username of Chula University Bankok ?

Hello,

I moved my Licenses from olduser@olddomain.com to my new email account newuser@newdomain.com , 

I had a lot of projects I created while using olduser@olddomain.com on Fusion 360 Teams Hub , I emailed autodesk to tell them I wish to migrate my licenses to newuser@newdomain.com

 

They did , and I logged in using newuser@newdomain.com , I noticed on my dashboard there are the correct number of licenses and now I am the Primary Admin

 

I removed olduser@olddomain.com from within my dashboard.

 

Then I logged in using newuser@newdomain.com in my Fusion 360 Desktop Software , I noticed I am being asked to create a team , I wish to be the part of the projects I created while I was using olduser@olddomain.com account.

 

Now comes the strange part , I logged in to autodesk webpage using my newuser@newdomain.com account I see

Pe***th - Api , that is not my name , that is also not my id , I dont have student license ? I have a Paid Subscription , Is my data compromised ? , Has my project been public ? , Or Peerapath was always part of my project ? I did'nt knew ? I did not add no such email.

 

Hehe , let me know. If someone has encountered a Similar problem.

@GermanWings Thank you for reporting the issue you are facing. First let me assure you that your data is not compromised. While we work to see what could be happening here, can you please do a couple of things.

1. Logout of Fusion 360 and close Fusion 
2. Go to https://login.autodesk360.com/login
3. In here you should be able to see all the data that belongs to you
4. Now launch Fusion 360 and login

This should get you to your projects. Please let me know if you are continuing to see the below issue.

Hiya, I had a very similar problem last week. All I did to solve the problem was wait a few hours and try again. Maybe restart you PC and log out of Autodesk and back in.

@RajkumarIlanchelian  Anyone from the Autodesk , can please resolve the support  case I have created from this account , instead of assigning me agents who cannot help me ! , I cannot access my projects nor data all because of Autodesk ! , I will sure demand double the days be added to my subscription as a compensation for the time I am not getting access to my data , because of autodesks negligence !.
