Fusion 360 Log In Error: "Unable to load data"

 Whenever I try to log onto Fusion 360, I get the following error: "Unable to load data". I was directed to the following link to solve the problem:https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/collaborator?_ga=2.156047923.961994087.1603140866-42568.... But whenever I use the link, I get the following error: "Sorry. The operation you requested couldn't be performed.". I then tried to uninstall everything related to Fusion 360, restart my computer, and install Fusion 360 again but I still kept getting the same error message. Can you please find a solution to my problem as soon as possible as I am going to be using Fusion 360 a lot in the coming days for school. Thank you

Hello,

I have a 2-3 users experiencing the same problem, in fact, I experienced it initially but it went away.  However, another 2-3 users don't seem to be having the issue.  Is there a particular fix to try?  I didn't see the solution that Andy provided; I also noticed a reference to an email address change being the cause/resolution for another.

I have encountered the exact same issue and i cannot seem to figure out why. please do help as soon as possible. it is really stressful for this to happen when i have an assignment due in a few days. all the help would be very much appreciated

Issue appeared to be related to Team Hub. Autodesk Support Team was great to help resolve.

I am having the same issue unfortunately and so is my colleague. 
We have setup our accounts with the role of "educator" however we get the error below when trying to sign in. Unable to load data.png

My colleague and I are able to sign into the website and whatnot without any issues.
