fusion 360 loading issues

Hello,

I am running into the issue that my projects never load again, can not open them or do anything (see screenshot)

I tried to clear local cache and restart, restarted many times. first time I encoutered this was yesterday when I solved it by restarted fusion 5 times. today I am at 7 restarts and I just cannot use fusion 360 anymore.

any help/tips on how to solve this is greatly appreciated.
