Fusion 360 launches slowly

Hello , so i got problem with my fusion 360 , it started launching so slow , and sometimes it crashes on startup. I did everything.. clean uninstall , cleared upload cache , etc.. I think it may be some problem with license beacuse i tried it on two computers and its the some on both.. when i tried offline start it says i need network to lunch fusion.. So i dont know what to do.. I upload here my diagnostic log files in case if you can see there some problem. Pleas help thanks. And I am running educational license.

Sorry to see that you're facing this problem. This is a bug and there is forum thread related to the issue.
