Fusion 360 issues after update

1.  Zoom doesnt work when you have things selected.  For example when you are trying to press/pull a sketch, while you are selecting multiple entities, you have to press the center click to be able to zoom most times.

2.  2D adaptive is ordering by depth, even though it's not checked.  Checking or unchecking results in the CAM generated to be ordered by depth.  This is unideal because it requires a lot of travel time.

Thanks.

For item 1: it sounds like you are running win 7 or 8, is that correct?

For item 2: this needs a CAM expert, sorry I'm not able to answer it.

For item #2, can you share a file that is exhibiting this behavior? It "may" be geometry related, or it could be a global issue. I've not heard other reports of this, but that's not always definitive

For #1 ... No, I am running Windows 10. It sometimes works correctly, and
sometimes I have to centerclick and hold it while spinning the wheel to get
it to zoom.

For #2, Yes, I would be happy to (when I am home from work). Where would I
send it to, I'd rather not post it on the forum?

That sounds like a hardware issue. Can you try another mouse?

It's not likely a hardware issue. The mouse works fine for literally every
other program I use, including another CAD software.

Tried a different mouse to be thorough.  The issue persisted.

Also, it does it on my PC in the garage as well.

I received your file, and I see what you're talking about.

However; for this particular part here, I would suggest not using Adaptive to clear out a small hole such as this. Rather, use the Bore toolpath, it will be a more appropriate choice.

I'll poke at this part today and try to see why it's behaving like so. If needed, I'll open a ticket to get this fixed

This is a really strange problem.

Just to be extra clear:

When a command is running (and things are selected) you must push the mouse wheel (which is normally pan) while you roll the wheel to do a zoom action with the wheel.

I tried that and when I do I see the "pan" icon on the mouse, but the wheel motion is making it zoom. Is that what you see?

One thing to be sure of: Can you check this windows mouse setting?

Yes, perhaps boring is a better option.

In all honesty, that toolpath was created for another feature on the part,
and well, I was in a hurry. At any rate, it still doesnt behave like
expected for some reason.

I do appreciate you looking into it!
