The Job status is: Working offline: Outage detected

 

How can I have Fusion 360 working online? I urgently need this as I have all my projects online.

You did not say what your computer operating system was?  If Windows, I would start by temporarily turning off the Windows Firewall completely.  It this works, then I would take a look at this webpage for proper settings for your Firewall. 

 

Another test is called out in Message #2 for this Forum thread.  

It may seem trival, but have you re-started your computer lately?  How do other applications work that require the internet?

FSTORE_ACM_NOT_AVAILABLE - Error in ACM service not available

Unable to complete operation due to heavy system load.

 

Can't open anything. Autodesk health status shows green on the website, but this is in Fusion 360:

Looks like the issue from this morning has come back. All users have been put into an Offline State.
