Fusion 360 is not coming online even though internet is connected

Hello, My fusion 360 is not going online even though the system is connected to the internet. I have made some changes to my CAD model so that if am not sure that information will be retained if I reinstall the product.  Need support for the same, please.

Thank you for posting in the forum! Could you try the suggestions in this article to see if that helps? If nothing helps, clean uninstalling and re-installing the program may help. The location of locally cached file can be found here  and I recommend creating a backup of those folders. You can also use the Export command to create a backup file.
