Fusion 360 is launching fine on my laptop monitor but not on my external monitor

Fusion is working when it launches on my laptop screen but doesn't work when it launches on the second monitor. Both have the same resolution at 1920x1080 and laptop screen has 144hz while the monitor has 60hz. This problem started like 1 month ago and I've reinstalled and done many other fixes but the problem still remains.

I have a Dell G5 5590,

CPU: Intel i7-9750H

GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti

External Monitor: BENQ BL2783

@ramizharis11 Thanks for sharing the video. In the video I see after you moved Fusion to monitor 2 and closed it that you launch it from monitor 2. What happens if you launch it from the main laptop? Does it still do the same? Also, leaving Fusion running in monitor 2, if you close your laptop and wake it up again, does it go into not responding?
