Fusion 360 is a focus thief

Since Fusion 360 takes a wee while to start up,  I like to throw Fusion 360 to the background and get on with some other task.

When I do this, I might launch Fusion 360, then bring my email client (or whatever) to the foreground and carry on with what I was doing wile F360 launches.

The problem is that F360 will steal the focus several times while launching.

I am used to apps stealing focus on Windows, but on macOS it is a complete no-no. An app should never steal focus from what a user is doing.

I tried to post this in the feedback hub, but I'm not allowed to post there.

Please can you stop F360 from sending itself to the front, and stealing focus, when it is launching.

This is a known issue and has been for a long time. "They" are working on it.

This problem was first reported almost a DECADE ago, hard to believe it is not fixed yet.

This is incredibly frustrating when a software steals the focus, and with F360, it happens several times just during startup! happens also after compute, save, and so on... This is so annoying! Moreover, no Windows trick can force a soft to stay low (as they ALL should) during startup, so we 100% rely on Autodesk devs to make it right....

Please guys, F360 is a wonderful soft, but this is really horrible.

Don't steal the focus please, I am begging you to solve this, this is important.
