Fusion 360 having problems regonizing NVIDIA MX350 card

On one of our Dell Laptops that we have used for fusion for about 1½ years things work fine, but on a clean install 6 weeks ago, that according to Dell support scans and other programs work perfect,  Fusion chooses software rendering.

On another support post similar issues were solved by switching to DirectX 9.0 but it crashes Fusion. We can get Fusion to run if we uninstall and reinstall the driver, but next time we open Fusion it is back to not working.

The software rendering is totally unworkable! Where are we going wrong, and how do we get fusion to work properly. We have run updates to drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled fusion, run repair....

No help provided thus far - and Fusion Support suggestions are invalid

Fusion 360 crashes and corrupts fusion

If I reinstall graphics it runs normal until Fusion Crashes again

Fusion is just absolutely horrid bordering on worthless lately!

Crashes at least every hour, on a computer that DELL scans as working perfectly, and Fusion does as well every time I reinstall the driver - currently 3-4 times per day!
