Fusion 360 hangs on launch / unresponsive

Trying to use Fusion for the first time. Installed it 30 mins ago, I assume this means it's latest version. On first launch I clicked through team setup and then application launches, I see interface, grid and then tutorial explaining free version limitations pops up. I click "OK", button hover animation is drawn, but popup does not close. I may still hover the button, but no help. Window decorations are unresponsive too, I can't minimize window for example (likely because of popup). Killing process and relaunching does not help. It does not eat CPU, RAM, or network.

Windows 10 x64 Version 10.0.19041 Build 19041,
Dual E5 Xeon, 16C/32T, 128 GB RAM, 1080 GTX, 157 GB free on system drive.
Internets are 200+ mbps to major IX points, I'm in Central Russia.

@disbeleiver Thank you for providing all the right details here. This could be a graphics problem. Can you please check to make sure that here are no pending driver updates?

When you mentioned that you tried to kill the process, did not have any luck, did you keep seeing the pop ups that are unresponsive?

Can you shut down Fusion 360. Disconnect Internet, launch Fusion and see if the experience is any better and if it is in that state connect back to the internet. What happens?

Hi, do you use more than one monitor?

I'm not the OP but I'm having the same problems. Similar setup as well. I have two monitors.

No luck, unfortunately. All my drivers are updated with a clean Windows
install running the latest updates.

Regarding the video card, I have a RTX 3070 running the NVidia Drive version 461.72 released on 2/25/2021 (latest).

Not sure if this helps with anything, but here's the latest AppLogFile:

@leandrotoledodesouza Thanks for the extra logs. I take it that you tried the solution for multi monitors from the article that I posted and it did not work. Have you tried using a single monitor and starting Fusion? Will take a look at the new logs posted.

Hi Rajkumar, thank you. Correct. I tried the article, I unplugged my second monitor and I had no luck.

I opened Fusion and left it running over night to see how the logs would unfold, and I was surprised to see it was working in the morning.

It took around 10 minutes, I see lots of "W ServicesHealthStatus: Health Status response is not json" in the log file before it prompted the Login screen; suggesting failed attempts to parse the webservice response (even though I could see it via browser).

Maybe it was just an unavailability on Autodesk Services? I can confirm Fusion is working normally for me now.

Thank you for your support.

@leandrotoledodesouza Glad to know that you are back with Fusion. In the past we have also found reseting your router takes care of the issues. A change to the DNS may sometimes cause retires to connect with services.
