Fusion 360 Hanging on Launch

I realise this is a common issue and its usually solved by clean uninstall / reinstall but this time the standard practices arent working for me....
Issue: Fusion hangs on launch (non responsive).
Machine: Win10PC with decent spec, up to date OS, drivers etc, Windows defender AV only. Has run Fusion for ~5y ok.
Attempts to resolve:
- Run exe as admin
- Uninstall via windows tool + reinstall (same issue)
- Uninstall manually as per the support article + reinstall (same issue)
- Uninstall using automated tool (Fusion Cleaner) + reinstall (same issue)
- Manually clean autodesk DIRs as per support article + reinstall (same issue)
- This has happened before and been solved via reinstalls, Ive done everything thats worked before and also everything in the troubleshooter form
Basically no way to open the software I can think of.
Any suggestions other than buying a new machine?
