@o01157835462 Its possible that a network issue somewhere caused these files to not upload to the cloud.

1. Do you work on multiple machines?
2. If on this machine that you are seeing this error if you go to Help- support and diagnostics - Fusion service utility
3. Run the Reset Fusion

This should clear the queue and hopefully also resolve the issue for you.

1. Can you go into service utility and run the Gather system info - it will generate two zip files. You can attach diagnostics files.zip

2. Also, would it be possible to invite me into a project where you are having this issue? raj.kumar.ilanchelian@autoesk.com

@o01157835462

I do see the bolo errors in the logs:

E .11772 Design not yet available - "mobile v16" is currently unavailable to download.
You saved the design, but your upload may not have finished.
If you saved the design from a different computer, the version you saved will finish uploading when you open Fusion 360 and connect to the internet on that computer. - Click here to view error message.

Couple of things to try out here since this could be a network issue:

Please note that the below workflow could lead to a loss of the latest version but could help move forward.

0. Logout of Fusion and close
1. Go to C:\Users\(username)\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\Folder starting with U************
2. Copy this folder to a different location and now delete this folder
3. Login to Fusion again
4. Go to the design that you are trying to open and promote the previous version as the current version
5. from this point on you should be able to make edits and changes and save them

The other option is to see if you can connect to a different network (like a mobile hotspot etc)

1. Logout of Fusion and close
2. Change network
3. Login again

Is it working now?

@o01157835462 It seems like you are in another hub where you have Editor access. If you are an admin it will call out as Project admin. Are you having a student license and you are being invited into a team hub ?

After trying out the first method:

1. now when you close Fusion you should not get the message that there are 2 jobs remains. Can you confirm that?
2. Now when you open the previous version and save it (yes you will lose the new changes) but it should help you move forward with newer saves. Can you confirm?

1. Go to the data panel and expand on the design and open the previous version from there
2. Open the previous version
3. Now go to File - save as latest

This should now upload and set this as the latest version. Do a new edit/save and it should upload. Screenshot 2023-10-18 at 1.52.24 PM.pngScreenshot 2023-10-18 at 1.52.50 PM.png

@o01157835462 @Looking at the image looks like V14 was already impacted. V13 shows the image leading me to believe this one was successfully uploaded.

couple of thing to do.

1. Open v13 and do the same and see if now that gives you access to the project. If upload is still blocked it is possible to connect to a different network to see if it could be a network issue?

often times restarting the router could be a solution as well but first try the v13 ad the first step.

Before doing this workflow for V13, remove the folder I had called out earlier. This will make sure the new version that was not uploading is deleted.

@o01157835462 @Also another test to narrow this down is delete the folder I called out earlier. Now open a new design and draw a simple box. Save it and see if this is uploading.

@o01157835462 so new files are uploading with out any issues. Itโ€™s this one file that is causing problems right?
