Fusion 360 freeze after startupscreen

Yesterday I was working with fusion, and then it crashed while closing a drawing.
Then fusion closed in the task manager. Then I thought I'd start it again but now it hangs just after the startup screen.
I've tried the usual things like: Clean install, driver update etc but nothing works. In the task manager it seems very busy and takes up a lot of space, but nothing else happens. Anyone have an idea ?

Little detail, the file: NMachineSpecificOptions.xml is not present in map C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options.

@nicobos87 Sorry to hear it did not work. Can you try the below steps:

  1. Restart the machine.
  2. Delete below files if present

    %APPDATA%\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options\NMachineSpecificOptions.xml

    %APPPDATA%\autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options\<O2ID>\NGlobalOptions.xml

    %TEMP%\autodesk\BrowserCache

    %LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\Web Services\Loginstate.xml

    %LOCALAPPDATA %\Autodesk\Web Services \Autodesk Fusion 360\<Build ID>\WebServicesCache.xml

    %LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<O2ID>\NsCloudBrowserCache_myhub.dat

    %LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<O2ID>\ NsCloudBrowserCache_autodesk****.dat

    % LOCALAPPDATA %\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<O2ID>\P.Login\jobs.json.lck

    % LOCALAPPDATA %\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<O2ID>\P.Login\jobs.json

    % LOCALAPPDATA %\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<O2ID>\W.Login\Q

    % LOCALAPPDATA %\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<O2ID>\W.Login\UploadQueuedFileList.xml

  3. Try to login.

If this does not work try doing a clean uninstall using the cleaner tool. Refer here. Reinstall Fusion and try again.
