I am trying to download Fusion 360 on a hobbyist license, it lets me qualify and then downloads the 360 client downloader. but when I open it, it says that fusion is already installed on this device, then I click "yes I would like to start" and it says WinError2 file specified could not be found. I think that it isn't actually installing fusion but the client thinks it is so when I try to open it, it can't actually find the program to run. how could I fix it not installing? I've tried turning off my Anti-Virus, opened it as administrator and checked log files. Any ideas?
