Fusion 360 file won't open syncing issues

My project file won't open, It says there are syncing issues but as far as I can tell the file is synced and the software is the latest version,

 

Help please

Sorry to see that you're facing this problem.

Can you please check from
? Help > About

and confirm if you are on the latest version.

 

If you are on the latest version.

Then please follow below steps.

 

  • Close Fusion 360
  • Browse below folder 
  • Take backup of<Unique Oxygen ID>
  • Delete <Unique Oxygen ID> 
    • Having trouble deleting files? restart your machine and delete.
  • Restart fusion and try to open the file again
