Hi.

I have some Fusion 360 designs that can not be deleted.

In Fusion 360 the file are marked "In Use" by a user, who is no longer in the project!!

The file can't be deleted eater in Fusion 360 or MyHub.

How can I delete those Fusion 360 file?

Kind regards

Have you tried using the promote previous version feature located in the data panel?

From the Help:

As the note says, this may not be available. If this is the case, can you send me the web address (URL) of the project and the name of the design via a private message?

Thanks,

Dear Nathan.

I have tried both opening the design - added some changes - saved the design again.

And I have tried to promote an earlier version.

BUT still the design are In Use By another user.

And the user are no longer a member of the project.

Kind regards

Dear Nathan Chandler.

None of your suggestions helped me.

I'm still not able to delete some designs, as the are marked "In use by another user".

But i'm still able to open, edit and save the design.

But can't delete!!

Kind regards

Any solution to this problem?

Sitting with the same issue. As I see it, it is a systemic failure from the cloud system to recognize that if files are used or not, and a missing overriding feature!

We have the same problem with a file that has been open at our subsupplier since before they went on vacation. It is in our library - can we kick them out so we can alter our file?

There really ought to be an override for things like that!

@jeff_strater

This is an older but ongoing issue, apparently.  Do you have any clues on this, or an idea of who we should tag in to take a look at the issue?  Thanks!!
