Fusion 360 Exipired Subscription - Read Only

Hi 

 

I have uploaded my document and my education licence has been approved. However when I log into Fusion 360 it is still claiming that my subscription has expired.

 

I have tried logging onto 2 or 3 other machines and I am having the same issue there too.

I have also tried clearing cached data.

 

Any suggestions?

Thanks for using Fusion. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Can you check if the web interface of Fusion fetches the right entitlement or not. 

To check, Click on FusionTeam and confirm if you have expired entitlement or any other.

This will help to understand if it is an issue with the entitlement or with the Fusion setup.

I have basic access to FusionTeam.
Pressing subscribe asks me to pay for a licence.

Thanks for the confirmation. 

Seems like your new entitlement is not yet reflected, when did you opt for education entitlement? <it may take some time to reflect>

Because Autodesk validates the documents submitted and then you will be assigned with a new education entitlement.
