Fusion 360 education version access issue

Hello,

I recently downloaded the Fusion 360 educational license application. When I launch the application, it has a "Sign In" button. Clicking on this button redirects me to a web browser and asks me to sign in to my account. After signing in, it shows a "Go to product" button. Clicking on this button takes me to a loading screen. At this point, the application should start, but it redirects me back to the sign-in prompt, and I can't access the product.

I'm experiencing this issue and need assistance in resolving it. Has anyone encountered a similar problem or have any suggestions on how to fix it?

@aslan_yigit @This is likely because you have not completed a step that requires you to access an url in an email that was sent to you. Please go to login.autodesk360.com and this should help you send the email again.

@aslan_yigit Thank you. I have made a change on the backend. You should now be able to login to Fusion successfully. The issue indeed was that the URL in an email was not accepted but we are trying to figure out why a email was not sent to you. It's possible that it ended up in your junk folder or maybe your school filtered for this email etc. Please do let us know if you are able to access Fusion now.

I am having the same problem. I signed up for an education account. I did not receive any emails I need to click on. I received on saying congrats I'm all set with my education account but I'm stuck in a sign in loop.

When I try the login link, I get this error:

Hub has been disabled

You're already signed in with Autodesk ID reese.migdal (null).

Thank you! I tried the login link again and it says ERROR: Server encountered an unexpected error. So that's different at least, but I still can't login.
